2008 Moto Guzzi Bellagio EFI

Tech stuff: 937cc, 72 Hp, 188 Kg, stock pistons, stock heads. Two-in-two street legal exhaust system. Reprogrammed CDI.

In 2008 we showed the drawings of this project a to a good customer of ours.

He had a brand new Griso 1200 and decided to sell it straight away to finance the new bike. We bought a new Bellagio and got rid of the tank, seat, fenders, handlebar, footrests, brackets, airbox and many other parts. We kept the stock engine with its EFI system and fitted a pair of K&N filters.

The alloy tank was made by WBO in Germany and it fitted perfectly. The tricky part was to fit an external gas pump with filter, pressure regulator and return pipes (and hide everything underneath…).

The seat is a HD XRTT part that we replicated and adapted with a purpose made bracket on the frame for quick release.

Fiberglass racing front fairing cut out for the stock headlight and a special bracket was made to bolt on the modified headstock. CroMoly clip-ons fitted straight on.

New paint scheme with racing green and silver to match the polished tank.  Some pipe bends and a lot of welding to get the stock silencers to lift upwards.

Racing rearsets were fitted to special ally brackets finished the job.
