1977 Moto Morini 350 Sport
Tech stuff: 350cc, 38 Hp, 134 Kg, modified stock pistons, modified heads, two-in-one racing exhaust, DellOrto Phbh 28 carburetors, Ceriani forks, Grimeca 200mm SLS.
We prepared this little racer back in 2005 for the local classic championship races but never actually used it until 2012.
Morini frames are famous for their stability through corners and this one has an engine to match it.
Fiberglass tank and seat, dry clutch, 6 speed gerbox, CDI ignition, Avon shocks and Borrani wheels.
We fitted bigger valves from the 500 model, porting the heads and fitting bigger carburetors. The single camshaft is one of our own RS type (3mm extra lift and extra duration). We designed and made our own two-in-one stainless exhaust and finally checked that power was flowing properly with our dyno tester.
